     Clarence Barner was born on Saturday, 16 November 1889 at Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Absalom M. Barner and Sarah Ann Sheaffer. He died due to Tuberculosis on Wednesday, 21 June 1933 at the age of 43 years, 7 months and 5 days. He was buried at Barner's (Saint John's) Lutheran Church Cemetery, Liverpool RD 1, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
