     John Brungart was born on Saturday, 28 October 1826. He was the son of John Brungard and Mary Barner. He died due to Typhoid Fever on Sunday, 28 April 1850 at the age of 23 years and 6 months. He was buried at Old Brungart Cemetery, Sugar Valley, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
