Bertha Irene Barner was born on Friday, 30 September 1892 at Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Adam Barner and Emma Jane Forney. Bertha married, at the age of 20 Samuel Vance Fleisher, age 19, son of J. Edward Fleisher and Jennie S. [?], on Tuesday, 28 January 1913 at Liverpool, Pennsylvania. She died in June 1985 at the age of 92 years and 8 months. She was buried at Barner's (Saint John's) Lutheran Church Cemetery, Liverpool RD 1, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
