Effie Estella Barner was born in June 1887 at Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Adam Barner and Emma Jane Forney. Effie married Christian Garfield Peters. She died in 1953 at the age of 65 years. She was buried at Bucks Valley Cemetery, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
