     John Henry S. Barner was born on Saturday, 12 March 1864. He was the son of Enoch Barner and Rebecca Kerchner. He died on Friday, 24 February 1865 at the age of 11 months and 12 days. He was buried at Barner's (Saint John's) Lutheran Church Cemetery, Liverpool RD 1, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
