     Toner Loy Knarr was born on Monday, 30 August 1920 at Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of William Henry Knarr and Sadie Harvetta Hopple. Toner married Laura Buckingham. He died in January 1974 at the age of 53 years and 4 months at Loganton, Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was buried at Mt. Pleasant Evangelical Cemetery, Rosecrans, Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
