Theodore Barner Meixell was born on Tuesday, 11 February 1873 at Kelly Township, Union County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Martin Meixell and Mary Ann Barner. Theodore married, at the age of 44 Clara G. Smith on Thursday, 20 December 1917 at Rochester, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He died on Tuesday, 11 July 1961 at the age of 88 years and 5 months at Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on Friday, 14 July 1961 at Irvn Cemetery, Rochester, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
