      Clarence M. Meixell was also known as Dugan. He was born on Tuesday, 13 September 1887 at Pine Grove, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Ulysses Grant Meixell and Catherine S. Rinehart. Clarence married, at the age of 28 Nellie J. Garrison, age 33, daughter of Lewis Garrison and Ella Mealing, on Tuesday, 8 August 1916 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He died on Monday, 7 September 1964 at the age of 76 years, 11 months and 25 days at Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He was buried on Thursday, 10 September 1964 at Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
