Lenora B. Meixell was born in May 1886 at Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Ulysses Grant Meixell and Catherine S. Rinehart. Lenora married, at the age of 19 Jacob Henry Smith, age 21, son of J Nathan Smith and Hannah E. [?], on Monday, 26 June 1905 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She died on Sunday, 8 October 1922 at the age of 36 years and 5 months at Montgomery, Clinton Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was buried at Limestone Cemetery, Limestone Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
