     Raymond Forrest Douty was born on Friday, 17 January 1908. He was the son of Lloyd H. Douty and Alberta P. Russell. Raymond married Elner Emma Stock. He died in October 1975 at the age of 67 years and 8 months at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was buried at Edgewood Cemetery, Loyalsock Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
