     Clifford Harold Barner was born on Monday, 25 April 1921 at Salona, Lamar Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Grover Cleveland Barner and Nancy Elizabeth Barner. Clifford married, at the age of 25 Betty Ruth Rine, age 21, daughter of Harry Rine and Annie Minnick, on Friday, 4 October 1946. He died on Thursday, 31 January 2008 at the age of 86 years, 9 months and 6 days at Select Specialy Hospital, Danville, Mahoning Township, Montour County, Pennsylvania. He was interred on Monday, 4 February 2008 at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Dunnstable Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
