     Harold Emanuel Barner was born on Saturday, 21 August 1915. He was the son of Boyd Christian Barner and Fairy Viola Dress. Harold married, at the age of 22 Blanche Mildred Flanagan, age 29, daughter of Elmer Flanagan and Mary Chandler, on Saturday, 4 June 1938 at Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He died on Sunday, 24 January 1999 at the age of 83 years, 5 months and 3 days. He was buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cedar Hill, Lamar Township (near Mill Hall), Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
