William Kerstetter was born on Saturday, 6 October 1821 at Logan Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Samuel Kerstetter and Catharine Barner. William married Annie Glantz, daughter of Phillip Glantz and Anna Bierly [?], circa 1843 at Tylersville, Logan Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He died on Sunday, 18 December 1904 at the age of 83 years, 2 months and 12 days. He was buried at Tylersville Reformed (Union) Cemetery, Tylersville, Logan Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
