Frank married (1), at the age of 28 Mary Margaret Fleischer, age 20 on Thursday, 27 November 1924 at Clinton County, Pennsylvania. Frank married (2), at the age of 55 Martha L. Kunes, age 55 on Saturday, 5 May 1951. He died on Friday, 6 August 1971 at the age of 75 years, 3 months and 8 days at Lock Haven Hospital, Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cedar Hill, Lamar Township (near Mill Hall), Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
