Park Edward Miller Barner Sr. was born on Friday, 7 February 1913 at Muncy, Muncy Creek Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Charles Edward Barner and Rosa Herbetta Miller. Park married (1) Geneva Jean Peace. Park married (2), at the age of 42 Rea M. Herman, age 34, daughter of Sheridan Herman and Emma Mae Slater, on Tuesday, 22 February 1955. He died on Monday, 19 February 1990 at the age of 77 years and 12 days. He was buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cedar Hill, Lamar Township (near Mill Hall), Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
