     Charles Edward Barner was born on Monday, 7 September 1868. He was the son of William M. Barner and Malinda Wolfe. He died on Monday, 13 April 1942 at the age of 73 years, 7 months and 6 days at Pennsylvania. He was buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cedar Hill, Lamar Township (near Mill Hall), Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
