     June Geraldine Bucher was born on Wednesday, 6 April 1921 at Oriental, Susquehanna Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Herman Lee Bucher and Mae Evelina Gelnett. June married, at the age of 23 Jacob Kenneth Barner, age 21, son of Wilson Bruce Barner and Florence Euseba Grubb, on Saturday, 24 June 1944. She died after a lengthy battle with cancer on Tuesday, 8 April 2003 at the age of 82 years and 2 days. She was buried on Saturday, 12 April 2003 at Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery, Mt. Holly Springs, Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
