     James Lloyd Sholder was born on Thursday, 19 June 1913 at Bottle Run, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Frederick Sholder and Helen Matilda Miller. James married (1), at the age of 21 Grace Mildred Hafer, age 21, daughter of Walter Henry Hafer and Margaret E. Roller, on Saturday, 23 June 1934 at Newberry, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. James married (2), at the age of 54 Sara Manno, age 54, daughter of Vito Manno and Gaetana Vasci, on Saturday, 15 June 1968 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He died on Thursday, 9 January 1969 at the age of 55 years, 6 months and 21 days at Williamson, Peters Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on Friday, 13 June 1969 at Buchanan Cemetery, Bottle Run, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
