     Gladys Alma Seiler was born on Thursday, 19 August 1920 at Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George W. Seiler and Esther A. Grubb. Gladys married, at the age of 21 Barner Russell Deckard, age 21, son of Lloyd Russell Deckard and Mary Jane Ardella Barner, on Thursday, 27 November 1941. She died on Saturday, 18 September 1999 at the age of 79 years and 30 days at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. She was buried at Union Cemetery, Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
