     Charles Markwood Barner was born on Saturday, 24 November 1923 at Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Jacob Long Barner and Mary Elizabeth Zaring. Charles married (1), at the age of 18 Mildred Louise Roush, age 19, daughter of George C. Roush and Helen E. Mather, on Saturday, 6 June 1942. Charles married (2) Geraldine Viola [?]. He died on Friday, 19 November 2004 at the age of 80 years, 11 months and 26 days at Community General Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
