She died on Saturday, 4 November 2000 at the age of 76 years, 2 months and 15 days in her home at Newport RR 2, Oliver Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania. She was buried on Tuesday, 7 November 2000 at Newport Cemetery, Newport, Oliver Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
