Relationship=Son of Adam Barner.
George Barner was born on Thursday, 25 May 1780 at Greenwood Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Adam Barner and Maria Euphronica Conrad. George married, at the age of 21 Maria Dups, age 20, daughter of Henrich Dups and Anna Maria Tibben, on Tuesday, 16 February 1802 at Saint Michael's Church, Pfoutz Valley, Cumberland County (now Perry County), Pennsylvania. He died on Saturday, 9 May 1863 at the age of 82 years, 11 months and 14 days at Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania. He was buried at Barner's (Saint John's) Lutheran Church Cemetery, Liverpool RD 1, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
