     Alice MacBeth Straup was born on Sunday, 11 January 1903 at Warren Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana. She was the daughter of Jacob Edward Straup and Lillian May Ross. Alice married Albert Wedel. She died on Wednesday, 25 July 1962 at the age of 59 years, 6 months and 14 days. She was buried at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana.
