George Roosevelt Troutman was born on Thursday, 17 September 1903 at Oriental, Susquehanna Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of George Richard Troutman and Alice A. Forney. George married, at the age of 22 Charlotte Ferguson, age 18 on Saturday, 10 October 1925. He died on Thursday, 6 July 1989 at the age of 85 years, 9 months and 19 days.
