     Minnie Allegra Troutman was born on Friday, 4 March 1898 at Oriental, Susquehanna Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Richard Troutman and Alice A. Forney. Minnie married, at the age of 20 Miles Orastus Ulsh, age 18 on Wednesday, 15 January 1919. She died on Thursday, 26 October 1995 at the age of 97 years, 7 months and 22 days at Millerstown, Greenwood Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania. She was buried at Pfoutz Valley Cemetery, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
