Franklin H. Adleman was born on Tuesday, 22 August 1843 at Pennsylvania. He was the son of Josiah Edleman and Rebecca Yorkey. Franklin married, at the age of 22 Keturah Zimmerman, age 20, daughter of George Zimmerman and Elizabeth Barner, on Tuesday, 22 May 1866 at Spring Grove, Green Lake County, Wisconsin. He died on Thursday, 25 December 1924 at the age of 81 years, 4 months and 3 days at Freeport, Stephenson County, Illinois. He was buried at State Road Cemetery, Freeport, Stephenson County, Illinois.
