George Barner was born on Monday, 28 May 1810. He was the son of George Barner and Maria Dups. He died on Sunday, 7 March 1813 at the age of 2 years, 9 months and 7 days. He was buried at Barner's (Saint John's) Lutheran Church Cemetery, Liverpool RD 1, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
