     Mary Idella Barner was born on Friday, 12 October 1883 at Carroll, Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Washington Barner and Chestie Ann Gramly. Mary married, at the age of 26 Elmer Calvin Rossman, age 23, son of Josiah Rossman and Mary L. Ream, on Thursday, 20 January 1910. She died on Friday, 20 August 1971 at the age of 87 years, 10 months and 8 days. She was buried at Centre County Memorial Park, State College, Centre County, Pennsylvania.
