     Mabel Toleda Troutman was born on Tuesday, 6 June 1893 at Oriental, Susquehanna Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Richard Troutman and Alice A. Forney. Mabel married, at the age of 35 Charles Luther Cox, age 40 on Saturday, 16 June 1928. She died in November 1984 at the age of 91 years and 4 months. She was buried at Pfoutz Valley United Methodist Church Cemetery, Millerstown RR 2, Greenwood Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
