Elizabeth Barner was born on Friday, 8 March 1805 at Greenwood Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,, now Liverpool Township, Perry Co, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of George Barner and Maria Dups. Elizabeth married (1) Isaac Pfoutz, son of Michael Pfoutz and Elizabeth [?]. Elizabeth married (2) Captain Joseph Ulsh, son of Johann Heinrich Ulsch and Anna Rafter. She died on Wednesday, 14 October 1868 at the age of 63 years, 7 months and 6 days at Pfoutz Valley, Perry County, Pennsylvania. She was buried at Saint Michael's Cemetery, Pfoutz Valley, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
