     Mary Elizabeth Stroup was born on Sunday, 15 August 1852 at Juniata County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of John H. Stroup and Mary Heiser. Mary married George C. Seaman, son of Noah Seaman and Catherine Gordon. She died due to Heart desease on Wednesday, 16 May 1934 at the age of 81 years, 9 months and 1 day at Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania. She was buried on Saturday, 19 May 1934 at Richfield, Monroe Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania.
