     Ruth E. Rumbaugh was born on Thursday, 21 July 1898. She was the daughter of Clinton C. Rumbaugh and Ada Elizabeth Light. Ruth married, at the age of 18 Brooks Eli Ulsh, age 21, son of Cloyd Orestus Ulsh and Emma J. Cauffman, on Saturday, 30 September 1916. She died on Wednesday, 28 February 1917 at the age of 18 years, 7 months and 7 days.
