Sarah Barner was born on Thursday, 3 July 1834 at Logan Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Henry Barner and Catharine Kern. She went by Sally. Sarah married (1) George Frank in 1853. Sarah married (2) David Miller, son of David Miller and Barbara Stover, circa 1868. She died in 1929 at the age of 94 years. She was buried at Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Eastville, Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
