     Charles Henry Barner was born on Monday, 16 March 1891 at Oval, Limestone Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of John B. Barner and Sarah Alice Brownlee. Charles married, at the age of 25 Anna Augusta Bergstrom, age 29, daughter of Herman Bergstrom and Augusta Josephine Soderstrom, on Friday, 2 March 1917 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He died on Thursday, 1 March 1956 at the age of 64 years, 11 months and 14 days at Mount Alto Hospital, Washington, DC. He was buried on Monday, 5 March 1956 at Jersey Shore Cemetery, Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
