     Frank Melvin Barner was born on Monday, 28 April 1952. He was the son of Grant Russell Barner and Bertha Florence Lyman. Frank married, at the age of 21 Lydia Marie Casey, daughter of Frank Steve Casey and Katy Murasky, on Saturday, 16 March 1974. He died on Tuesday, 12 September 2000 at the age of 48 years, 4 months and 15 days at Washington Adventist Hospital, Takoma Park, Montgomery County, Maryland. He was buried on Saturday, 16 September 2000 at Sugar Valley Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Eastville, Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
