     John W. Meiser was born on Wednesday, 7 March 1923 at Buhl, Twin Falls County, Idaho. He was the son of Herman Francis Meiser and Katherine Evelyn Heinzen. John married, at the age of 18 Virginia Ruth Greene, age 18, daughter of Kenneth Greene and Nell Mae Shubert, on Sunday, 26 October 1941 at Buhl, Idaho. He died on Thursday, 26 May 2005 at the age of 82 years, 2 months and 19 days.
