     Robert F. Meiser was born on Saturday, 2 January 1915 at Twin Falls, Twin Falls County, Idaho. He was the son of Herman Francis Meiser and Katherine Evelyn Heinzen. Robert married, at the age of 23 Dorothy LaFave, age 32 on Friday, 1 July 1938. He died on Wednesday, 7 October 1992 at the age of 77 years, 9 months and 5 days at Vacaville, Solano County, California.
