     Hazel Merle Thompson was born on Wednesday, 25 July 1917 at Woodland, Bradford Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Fay Thompson and Francis Forsey. Hazel married, at the age of 20 Paul LeRoy Barner, age 19, son of Gardner O'Clare Barner and Eva nmn Schuman, on Saturday, 2 October 1937 at Clinton County, Pennsylvania. She died on Sunday, 20 February 2005 at the age of 87 years, 6 months and 26 days at Manor Care, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. She was buried on Monday, 28 February 2005 at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Dunnstable Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
