     Cecil Arthur Frymoyer was born on Tuesday, 25 February 1930 at Oriental, Susquehanna Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Ernest Light Frymoyer and Naomi F. Zeiders. Cecil married, at the age of 26 Lois M. Roush on Saturday, 8 September 1956. He died due to Cancer on Saturday, 23 March 1996 at the age of 66 years and 27 days at Harrisburg Hospital, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. He was buried on Wednesday, 27 March 1996 at Reward United Methodist Church Cemetery, Millerstown, Greenwood Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
