     Millard Irving Noel was born on Friday, 14 February 1908 at Wenksville, Adams County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Jacob Ray Noel and Carrie May Barner. Millard married, at the age of 29 Vera Susanne Anthes, age 31, daughter of Ezra Anthes and Laura [?], on Saturday, 18 September 1937. He died on Thursday, 8 March 2001 at the age of 93 years and 22 days.
