     Helen Arlene Lyter was born on Friday, 27 March 1931 at Millerstown, Greenwood Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Elmer William Lyter and Margaret Alice Barner. She went by Arlene. Helen married, at the age of 19 Howard Herbert Willow, age 21 in September 1950. She died at home on Friday, 30 September 2011 at the age of 80 years, 6 months and 3 days at Richfield, Monroe Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania. She was buried on Wednesday, 5 October 2011 at Saint Peter's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Millerstown, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
