Harrison Kepner was born on Sunday, 22 December 1839. He was the son of John Kepner and Sarah Barner. He died on Friday, 3 January 1840 at the age of 12 days. He was buried at Liverpool Cemetery, Liverpool, Perry County, Pennsylvania.
