     Fern Tibertius Barner was born on Sunday, 14 April 1912 at Middleburg R F D, Franklin Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Henry Edward Barner and Priscilla Elizabeth Uplinger. Fern married, at the age of 26 Naomi Beatrice Herold, age 30 on Sunday, 17 April 1938 at Coalport, Beccaria Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. He died on Thursday, 16 April 1998 at the age of 86 years and 2 days. He was buried at Saint Clair Cemetery, Greensburg, Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
