Catherine Marie Lontz was born on Thursday, 12 January 1893 at Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of William Jerome Lontz and Catharine Marie Barner. Catherine married, at the age of 45 Gene Roberts, age 32, son of John W. Roberts and Sara Elizabeth Fish, on Friday, 25 November 1938 at Elkader, Clayton County, Iowa. She died on Wednesday, 2 May 1962 at the age of 69 years, 3 months and 20 days at Hillsboro, Vernon County, Wisconsin. She was buried at Mount Vernon Cemetery, Hillsboro, Vernon County, Wisconsin.
