     Carl Allen Barner was born on Wednesday, 8 December 1937 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Lee Robert Barner and Ruth Elizabeth Moore. Carl married, at the age of 23 Dawn Vesta Miller, daughter of Leroy Miller and Kathleen Sandling, on Saturday, 20 May 1961 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He died on Monday, 30 June 1975 at the age of 37 years, 6 months and 22 days. He was buried at Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
