Effie Pearl Wolfe was born on Tuesday, 29 April 1884 at Booneville, Logan Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Charles Franklin Wolfe and Sarah Jane Tyson. Effie married (1) William A. Moyer. Effie married (2) Herman Hoff. She was buried at Harmony Cemetery, Milton, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. She died on Monday, 20 May 1963 at the age of 79 years and 21 days.
