     Franklin B. Miller was born on Friday, 7 April 1854 at Tylersville, Logan Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Isaac Miller and Regina Kleindeinst. Franklin married, at the age of 20 Phoebe Ellen Kerstetter, daughter of William Kerstetter and Annie Glantz, on Sunday, 12 April 1874. He died in 1928 at the age of 73 years. He was buried at Tylersville Reformed (Union) Cemetery, Tylersville, Logan Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
