Lydia Elsie Lupold was born on Wednesday, 1 October 1913 at Carroll, Greene Township, Clinton County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Harvey Clayton Lupold and Carrie Mae Barner. Lydia married, at the age of 20 Kenneth Dale Houtz, age 24, son of Charles Edward Houtz and Agnes Beck, on Saturday, 5 May 1934. She died on Monday, 25 October 1982 at the age of 69 years and 24 days at Muncy Valley Hospital, Muncy, Muncy Creek Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was buried at Elimsport Cemetery, Elimsport, Washington Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
