     Olive Virginia Fisher was born on Wednesday, 11 March 1925 at Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland. She was the daughter of John Fisher and Isabel Uhler. Olive married, at the age of 20 Charles Eugene Mowen Sr., age 19, son of Daniel Herman Barner and Ethel Catherine Provard, on Saturday, 17 November 1945. She died around 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 23 January 1985 at the age of 59 years, 10 months and 12 days at home at Hagerstown, Maryland. She was buried on Saturday, 26 January 1985 at Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland.
