Edith married, at the age of 17 Stephen Harold Kinley on Saturday, 26 September 1942 at Clinton County, Pennsylvania. She died on Wednesday, 21 May 2008 at the age of 83 years, 4 months and 23 days at Lock Haven Hospital, Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania.
